Complaints & Complaint Policy
PornstarVideoz.com aims to give you the opportunity to get in touch if you have a complaint about our content or website. While we strive to comply with all applicable laws and standards, mistakes can happen. Here we explain how to submit a complaint and what you can expect.
1. How to Submit a Complaint
Send an email to compliance@qpstream.com including the following information:
- Your full name and contact details (email, address).
- A clear description of your complaint.
- If your complaint concerns specific content, please include the URL of the content in question.
2. Illegal or Non‑Consensual Content
If you are reporting content you believe is illegal or published without consent, we will:
- Review and investigate the complaint as quickly as possible.
- Contact you if we need additional information.
- We will review and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Immediately remove the relevant content if we determine it is illegal or non-consensual, and inform you of our decision.
- If we determine the content is not illegal or infringing, we will also inform you of that decision.
If you appear in content published on PornstarVideoz.com and believe that your consent was not validly obtained or is no longer valid under applicable law, you may contact us at any time to request a review. If valid consent cannot be demonstrated, or if the consent is determined to be invalid under applicable law, the content will be removed without undue delay.
3. Other Types of Complaints
For all other types of complaints (e.g., usability, design, technical issues), we will:
- Investigate the matter to the best of our ability.
- Act in good faith and try to find a solution.
- Remove or adjust content if it violates our guidelines or terms.
4. Abuse of the Complaint System
By submitting a complaint, you agree that it is made in good faith and is legitimate. If we determine that the complaint system is being abused — for example, through false or defamatory claims — we reserve the right to reject such complaints.
