Rules for Members

1. The customer must be at least 18 years old to create a membership.
2. All material on the site is protected by copyright law and may under no circumstances be distributed to others. Abuse will be prosecuted.
3. The customer undertakes not to share username and password with third parties. If we detect that this has happened, the customer will immediately be suspended as a member. In serious cases, we may seek damages through civil litigation.

Payment, Security and Anonymity

1. Payment is handled in accordance with Danish legislation.
2. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa and Master.
3. Payment is charged in Danish kroner through a Danish payment gateway without hidden fees.
4. For security reasons, all transactions are SSL-encrypted according to current standards.
5. On the customer’s bank statement, the anonymous text, qpstream.com, will appear. This domain functions as our discreet customer support page and does not directly indicate the erotic nature of the service – full discretion towards spouse and bank advisor.

Registration, Discount and Subscription

1. The email address used when registering must be valid and receive messages for as long as the membership is active. This is the customer’s responsibility.
2. Upon both registration and cancellation of membership, a confirmation will be sent to the specified email address.
3. Discount codes and membership discounts apply only to the first registration period – not to subsequent subscription renewals.
4. The subscription continues automatically until the customer actively cancels it.
5. All renewals are made with the same duration as the original start period – except for 3-day start periods, which instead renew to 30 days.
6. The customer is responsible for ensuring that cancellation occurs in time before the next payment period.
7. Cancellation must take place no later than 1 day before the next payment period via the “Administration” section in the member menu (after login). Cancellation by post, phone or similar is not accepted. If the customer is prevented from canceling via self-service, a request may be sent to support. In such cases, the cancellation will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the request.
8. If the subscription is to be linked to a new payment card, the customer must cancel and re-create the subscription with the new card. Passwords, favorites and saved data are preserved when re-creating.
9. Receipts for all transactions are available via “Administration” in the member menu (after login). Email confirmations are not sent for each renewal.
10. There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on the membership. If this is to be used, the webmaster must be contacted before the deadline. The right of withdrawal lapses upon the first login to the member area, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
11. Refunds of payments are only made in accordance with the right of withdrawal. No refunds are given for unused periods or technical issues on the customer’s equipment.
12. In case of violation of the rules that results in deactivation of the subscription, the latest payment will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

1. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. We only collect email address and IP address, solely for accounting and administrative purposes.
2. Your email address is treated confidentially and is not disclosed. Only authorized employees of the company have access to the information.
3. We have a strict anti-spam policy. You will only receive emails upon registration, important system messages or relevant updates.
4. When logging in, a cookie with 30-day duration is created, ensuring access to the member area.
5. Your data is secured with SSL encryption, encrypted passwords, and stored in certified data centers within the EU. Payment data is handled securely by Emerchantpay in accordance with current EU standards.
6. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting our support.

Technology and Installation

1. The system supports Windows, Mac and Linux.
2. The website is optimized for iPhone, iPad and Android tablets.
3. The site works with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.
4. In order to play videos, the browser must support HTML5.
5. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment works. We naturally provide support to the best of our ability.

Validity of the Terms and Objections

1. The customer may submit an objection by contacting support via email. The objection must be factual and specific in order to be processed.
2. If an objection is rejected, the case can be submitted to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman or processed as a civil lawsuit at the Maritime and Commercial Court of Copenhagen.

4. This version of the terms and conditions was updated on June 01, 2026 and is valid from the same date.
5. Transactions made before this date are covered by the terms applicable at the time of registration. Previous terms are attached in the original introduction email and can be re-sent upon request.
6. Changes to the terms that affect existing members will be announced by email at least 1 month before taking effect. During this period, the customer may cancel the subscription if they do not wish to accept the changes.
